Psychotherapy For Adults

Some days you feel like you’re not accepted and don’t belong, a castaway even when you are around others. Or perhaps you’ve been noticing that you are always the supporter but never supported. Worst of all, you feel stuck and don’t know what to do with no clear solutions to your problems.

In our therapy sessions, we will collaboratively identify solutions to your problems so you can achieve your goals. And through the process, you will stop dwelling on the past and start moving forward.

Perhaps you’ve noticed that the spark in your relationship is gone. Or have you noticed that you’re going through the motions of what others would say is a “happy life,” but it isn’t making you happy? If this sounds familiar, coaching can help. Let’s discover the underlying issues and heal them. Through our work together, we can get you to a place where you get to a better place in your relationship and life.

About Me

Hi, I’m Glenise Ferguson

I am a bold, inquisitive, open-minded therapist that can help you find ease in day-to-day life.

I provide care for those experiencing excessive worry, out of control emotions, and feeling hopeless in life.

I too have battled with my own emotional and mental health problems. My journey to becoming a licensed clinical social worker is not a typical story. I actually started out as a probation officer and felt frustrated that I was limited in how I could help. So I pursued becoming a social worker so I could help more people and on a deeper level of healing and transformation.

Today, I’m grateful to be doing the work that I do. The most rewarding thing about being a therapist is celebrating when my clients heal and grow.

I received my Master’s of Social Work after obtaining my bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. I am also EMDR trained. I hold a LCSW for the state of Texas and Colorado.
